" Even better than his first, Subterranean. :) He's best at keeping the action going. I liked reading it, don't get me wrong.but I could feel my brain rotting. " Entertaining ideas, but the characters and writing style are very juvenile.
If you have a flight and not much else to do this may be fun (but there may be better stuff out there too).
Along the way a bit of stuff thrown in here and there. The book is a Raider's of the Lost Ark type of Archeological adventure set in South America amongst the ruins of the Incas. Not much depth in either the plot or the characters but for what it is it is a quick fun read. " This is one of those books that speed-reading was written for. There are far better adventures out there. ? It made me SO mad that I had wasted all the time reading the book. But, in the last chapter, it seemed like Rollins was out of ideas and fell back on a lame, cop-out ending (it was all the aliens!!!).
